The non-aggression axiom, sometimes referred to as the non-aggression principle, was developed by Murray Rothbard in his book "For a new liberty: the libertarian manifesto".

Axiom
The axiom is stated as follows:
No man or group of men may aggress against the person or property of anyone else.1
It is therefore not possible, for libertarians, to threaten or initiate any physical violence against an individual or an individual's property. By property, or private property, it is understood a good, whatever it is, belonging to an individual.
